LindiMoo™ is a highly recommended entertainer for senior communities based out of the Seattle area.  She has brought live therapeutic music to to over 100 communities in 5 states and is now offering sessions to every community, group, and individual via ZOOM.  Her sessions for Seniors and memory care Communities is an hour of interactive and engaging sing-a-longs, music trivia, fun, smiles with familiar tunes from many eras including 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, folk, oldies, and country.  LindiMoo plays with an acoustic guitar and sings,  encouraging participation, humor and requests.

Ten years ago, LindiMoo discovered that singing, clapping and laughing release these happy little hormones called endorphins (derived from the word "morphine").   These endorphins create a sense of well being and can even relieve pain.  Over the last 8 years she has successfully developed an hour long engaging show that encourages audiences to participate as much as they can to gain from the therapeutic benefits of those wonderful little chemicals.  Throughout the show she is showing them a variety of ways to release endorphins. 

Music triggers memories, so more often than not LindiMoo has many residents coming up after her shows telling her stories and memories from their past.  Many ask when she will return because they feel so good after the show and they want to feel that way again.
